The Red Lobster Partnership does not charge for assisting with the sale of your business up until the signing of the 'heads of terms'. At this point, there will be a charge of 1% of annual commission subject to minimum fee of £2,500.
Fees received are not linked to your offer so that we can remain unbiased as to the eventual price achieved.

Analysis
Once we have discussed your business with you, we will analyse the business to give you a guide price we can hope to achieve for the business and agree the best way to market it.

With this in mind, we then complete an investment memorandum on your behalf, in order to showcase your business.
